The project combines modern and contemporary architectural language with an ideal place to live with nature. The design is based on the mature treestock which is symbolically transported in the interior space through thin steel columns and rhythmic wooden elements. The staggered arrangement of the building structures create wide lake views for each unit as well as an optimum access to light. The spacious floor plans allow maximum flexibility, private terraces and evoke the feeling of living in agreement with the natural environment.

At corner of Wasserturmplatz in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg the project is linking between the urban design visions from the 90th and the 60th. The only 4,8m wide spot requested a highly compressed concept which provides clever floor plans, open spaces and wide views.
